Q: Anh, what brought you to Faithlife?
I was gifted Logos during my first year of vocational ministry. The software changed the way that I studied the Bible and prepared for sermons after I graduated from Northwest University.
I always admired Faithlife from afar, and I was given a chance to tour the company when I moved to Bellingham. I had no idea that the tour would turn into a career here.
I’ve always been passionate about the Word of God and the mission of the Church, so Faithlife combines my two passions into one mission.
Q: Why is it so important to you that churches transition well to the Faithlife platform?
I have worked on the church side of tech, too, so I know that big transitions like these can make anyone feel stressed or insecure. I want to help churches transition well to the Faithlife platform because I understand how it feels to make tech transitions on the other side of the screen.
Plus, as a Customer Success Manager, a church’s success is my success. Their wins are my wins.
Q: Say I’m not super tech-savvy. How could you help me get my records moved to Faithlife?
Our team offers a variety of ways to help all different types of learners. We have live weekly webinars on church management as well as help articles and videos. And when you sign up for Faithlife Equip, you also get your own Customer Success Manager, so it’s our job to ensure that you have as much as you need, any way you need it.
Q: What should church staff do if something doesn’t import right?
Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the amazing tech ninjas in our Church Support Center. Our Church Support Center is open 365 days a year from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST). We are here to help serve local churches like yours anytime you run into hurdles, like an import being wonky.
Q: What would you say to someone who’s worried about a big church tech transition?
