If, however, you’re not a Proclaim subscriber, a watermark will appear on your presentation. Making a presentation with Proclaim is simple.

When you open Proclaim, you can choose from one of four main templates—or from any of the built-out templates below. There are at least eleven free templates in total, all featuring stunning backgrounds. It’s easy to add new songs, Bible slides, or other media—just click the “ADD ITEM” button once the presentation is open. Copying or deleting media items is easy too—just right-click the item in question. Here’s what some of the free Proclaim media (valued over $100) looks like.

When you open a blank presentation, you’ll see that Proclaim divides the service into four distinct areas.

1. Pre-Service Loop (loops until the Warm-Up section plays)
2. Warm-Up (plays straight through to land on the first slide of the service)
3. Service (the main section of the presentation)
4. Post-Service Loop (loops continuously until the presentation ends)

You add items to a presentation with ADD ITEM or with shortcuts for each item type. Once you’ve picked out your items, drag and drop them in the correct order under “Order of Service,” then edit each slide with the appropriate text and background.

Downloading Proclaim is simple, and it’s always free. You can download Proclaim on any Mac or PC.

Once you download Proclaim, you’ll be prompted to either “Start A New Group” or “Join A Group.” If your church doesn’t have a Proclaim group yet, you’ll need to set one up. Use your church’s name to name your group; that way it’s easy for the rest of your team and congregation to identify it.

If your church already has a Proclaim group, click “Join A Group,” search for your church’s group, and click “Join.” Once the group admin approves you, you can make, edit, and give presentations from any computer.

Starting (or joining) a group and making a presentation are completely free. You can build a presentation using your own media, some of the free media that comes with Proclaim (valued over $100), or even media from the store. Once you’re ready to present, you purchase an On Air license and click the On Air button in the upper right-hand corner.
