Will this documentary be available to watch on Faithlife TV with my subscription or is it only available as a separate purchase?

Hi Kyle, thanks for your question. It is only available as a separate purchase. It will be in your Faithlife TV library to watch as often as you’d like.

      Thanks,
      Matt

Question about the sharing with the congregation purchase option. Do we have to choose between getting individual licenses for the congregation and hosting a public event? Or does that option do both? Thanks!

Thank you for your question, Daniel. The congregational option would provide both: everyone will have their own streaming license, and you can host a public event.

      Enjoy!

    Two Burning questions:
1] I have ordered Fragments of Truth, for which the promise made is “Watch Fragments of Truth on demand with Faithlife TV from any of your devices. You’ll own it for life and can access it any time when it’s released on 7/23.”
I do not have a faithlife TV account, which now begs the question; Do I have to sign up for Faithlife TV @ $5/mon to access something which I “own for life” and am supposed to be able to “access it anytime”?
2]If this is a pre-order due for release 23 July why has the money already been charged on my card?

      Hi Edith,

      Thank you for your questions.

      1) No, you do not need to sign up for Faithlife TV plus. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Faithlife TV is the platform through which you will watch Fragments of Truth, but the free version is all you need to view it. (Faithlife TV plus is a paid subscription that unlocks other videos and shows.)

      2) This is the way the order sequence is set up in our system, and we’re unable to change it at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience. You are welcome to cancel your order for a full refund, and to purchase a streaming license as July 23 gets closer (or anytime after).

Thank you again for your interest in Fragments of Truth,
      Matt
